Style Eat Guide: All 11 Stupid Never Dies Styles
How Style Eat works, which monster forms Davy can use, what carries between runs, and why a two-Style loadout matters.
How does Style Eat work?
Style Eat turns defeated enemies into combat options. After Davy consumes a monster’s core, he can take that monster’s form, appearance and abilities. Zombie Style never leaves the loadout; two additional Styles can be stored and switched during a dungeon dive.
Those monster forms are run pickups rather than permanent unlocks you carry from the mall. That distinction matters. The goal is not to own every Style forever—it is to recognize what dropped, decide whether it improves the current pair, and keep moving.
What are all 11 Styles?
GPTRACK50 has officially named the complete roster:
- Zombie
- Werewolf
- Harpy
- Golem
- Vampire
- Will-o’-the-Wisp
- Cyclops
- Snow Fairy
- Merfolk
- Lich
- Demon
Zombie is the base form, leaving ten monster transformations acquired through Style Eat. Not every move list has been published in full, so a page claiming exact rankings for all 11 before proper testing is getting ahead of the game.
How should you choose two Styles?
Build the pair around jobs rather than rarity colors. A useful two-Style setup should answer at least two of these problems:
- reaching airborne or distant targets;
- controlling a group instead of one enemy;
- staying active when the arena becomes unsafe at ground level;
- recovering energy or extending pressure;
- dealing a short burst when a boss exposes an opening.
The Vampire example shows why this matters. Developer material describes it as a mid-range form that attacks with bats and can drain blood to recover energy. A floating form can also avoid some ground hazards. That is a package of answers, not simply a larger damage number.
Does Body Hack change every Style?
Body Hack equipment remains relevant when Davy changes form. The developers have shown left-arm gear changing his moveset, while the full system covers the left arm, right arm, head and legs. In other words, the current monster pair and the equipment prepared at the mall are two halves of one setup.
See the Body Hack guide for the persistent equipment layer, or start with the beginner guide if the run structure is still unclear.
What persists after a run?
The Styles collected by biting enemies do not appear to persist as a ready-made loadout for the next dive. Body Hack gear is the longer-term preparation layer. This is why a failed run can still be useful: it teaches you which form combinations cover a particular floor or boss even when the forms themselves are gone.
The First Bite demo is the right place to test switching speed, how often useful forms appear, and whether a favorite Style remains practical against bosses.
What has not been verified yet?
The official roster is settled, but complete frame data, damage multipliers, rarity effects and every Style’s full command list are not. We will not assign a tier until each form can be tested under the same conditions. Launch-day balance changes could also make a pre-release ranking obsolete before anyone finishes reading it.
